Our cured meats are crafted to last β but proper storage ensures you get the best flavor and texture from every slice.
π§ Do I need to refrigerate my meats?
Yes β once you open the packaging, we recommend storing your meats in the fridge to preserve quality.
Before opening, many of our items are shelf-stable, meaning they can be stored in a cool, dry place (like a pantry). Just check the packaging label for storage instructions.
π§Ό How should I wrap leftovers?
To keep your meats fresh after opening:
-
Wrap them tightly in butcher paper or plastic wrap.
-
Place them in an airtight container or resealable bag.
-
Store in the fridge and enjoy within 7β10 days for peak flavor.
βοΈ Can I freeze anything?
You can freeze most of our meats β especially whole salumi. We recommend:
-
Wrapping tightly in plastic, then foil.
-
Labeling with the freeze date.
-
Using within 2β3 months for best quality.
Pro tip: Slice only what you plan to eat, and keep the rest whole to preserve moisture and texture.
