Here’s how to track your order and what to expect:
📦 When will my order ship?
We ship all club orders on a monthly schedule, typically around the second week of each month. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box is on its way.
First-time member?
If you just joined, your first box will ship with the next scheduled batch. For example, if you signed up on April 3rd, your first shipment will go out mid-April.
🚚 How can I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also:

Go to My Subscriptions.

Click Track My Order to see the latest updates.
Our boxes ship via [insert carrier here, e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS], and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
📬 I haven’t received anything — what should I do?
If it’s been more than 7 days since you received your tracking number and your box hasn’t arrived, please:

Absolutely. All of our shipments are packed for freshness and designed to stay cool and safe during transit. Even if your box arrives slightly warm, the cured meats inside are shelf-stable and crafted to travel.
